I love to travel but I hate when I get into a rhythm, hiking, snapping photos, staring at some memorizing site and then think, “Hmmm, did I eat today”?
The only thing about being at the top of a mountain, enjoying the beauty from every angle, is that there’s no convenience store. Writing lists to keep my life in some sort of order is my thing. One of the lists I create when I travel is an itinerary. I may not always follow my schedule of activities but itineraries help me to come up with my packing list. I MUST have a packing list, and inevitably “snacks” are item #1.
Our most recent travels took us to Iceland. Not only did we relax in the natural hot springs, but we had the bright idea to drive around the ENTIRE country.
