Hey, I’m Takera!
I help small businesses in the hospitality industry raise awareness about their service offerings though eye catching food photography and influencer marketing. I started blogging after getting questions from friends and family about where to eat when they travel. I love to travel with my husband and share our travel experiences, but I would have never thought that blogging about food and travel would allow me to gain the trust of an audience and to explore my love of photography.
My mission is to explore dynamic sites, delicious foods, and create great content along the way.
Ever since I was a child I was fascinated by photographs. My favorite pastime was laying on the floor, thumbing through pages of family albums. Til this day one of the things that brings me the most joy is pulling out those albums and remembering all of the family stories behind every photo.
My foodie journey allows me to build relationships with fellow foodies, restaurant owners, and chefs. My travels extend from the East to the West coast of the United States, from the Caribbean to Central America, all the way to Europe, and Southern Asia. My mission is to explore dynamic sites, delicious foods, and create great content along the way.
Through Flights and Foods I share my love for photography, highlighting amazing food and travel destinations. I not only share my stories and my blogging journey, but I am honored to be able to tell the stories of great people in the hospitality industry.
