Wondering Where to Find Poke, Sushi, and Ramen?

Wondering where to find poke, sushi, and ramen? Wonder no more, you will find them all at the Grove in Vienna, Virginia.

The Grove offers healthy food options. Their ingredient list includes kale, beets, lentils, oats, avocado, and quinoa. Build your own meal with any combination of ingredients.

Sushi + Burrito = SUSHIRRITO! Could there be anything better? Recently I had the opportunity to visit the Grove and tried this sushi burrito combination. My sushirrito was rolled with salmon, tempura shrimp, juicy bulgogi beef, cucumber, crab meat salad, and rice wrapped in seaweed. This sushi on a larger scale was pretty tasty.

Poke is a native Hawaiian salad with raw fish. Have your poke with fresh fish, rice, and any veggies you choose. Looking for something new? Instead of the rice try greens. Fresh fish, leafy greens, cucumbers, and tofu with your choice of sauce.

If you need a noodle in your life, check out the soba noodles. The organic soba noodles are cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the soba noodles, with cucumber, carrot, greens, beef, and shrimp. Wow! With the Grove’s tasty sauce options, the dish was so flavorful. I know I am ordering those noodles on my next visit. I am a noodle lover and couldn’t leave without getting some udon to go, and am glad I did. These noodles were thick and dense, just how I like them, and the broth. The broth was savory and paired perfectly with the beef and mushrooms in my bowl.

Now I haven’t tried the ramen myself but I was with someone who did and hear it is delicious. Yes, my foodie friends, the Grove also has ramen.

Our meal is not yet finished, what shall we have to quench our thirst? I indulged in a strawberry popping tea. I’ve given bubble tea a try but in my opinion, this is a different experience. The popping tea was sweet with strawberry flavor, but balanced with the essence of tea. Sip away while little pearls of goodness burst in your mouth. There is also milk tea, corn silk tea, ginger mint green tea, and many other options to choose from.

The Grove is located across from the Dunn Loring-Merrifield Metro Station. If you are just getting off of work, stop in for a drink. The Grove has a variety of Japanese beer and sake. The Japanese red ale and the Bunraku sake were among my favorites. The smoothness of the sake was so refreshing.

If you are looking for a variety of fresh options check out the Grove and let me know what you think.

My Picks:

Soba Noodles

Udon Noodles

Strawberry Popping Tea

Bunraku Sake

Japanese Red Ale

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I feel I might by no means understand. It kind of feels too complex and very huge for me. I’m taking a look forward on your subsequent publish, I¦ll try to get the hang of it!
